How do you handle the weather?
Our portable pergola is designed to be weather-resistant. We recommend keeping an eye on the forecast to ensure the best experience for your guests. We work with our customers within reason to ensure it is a pleasant, fair experience for everyone.Â
Can you set up indoors?
Yes, we can adapt our setups for indoor spaces. Our pergola is lightweight and mobile, making it perfect for a church basement, community center, or even a large garage.
What age groups do you serve?

How long is the setup time?
Our setup time is typically 1-2 hours depending on the activity and package selected. We will arrive early to ensure everything is styled and ready for your guests to enjoy as they arrive.
Are craft supplies included?
Yes, all activity supplies are included in our packages. We provide everything from paint pallets to consumables and aprons to ensure your gathering is a complete success.
Can we personalize the experience?
Of course! We love to create custom themes and color palettes. We can also include personalized signage, custom color palettes, and even take-home kits for your guests with advance notice. Some items may come at an additional investment.
